Saddle Ridge Apartments

Saddle Ridge Apartments Phase I, located on the east side of Cheyenne, Wyoming, opened in 2023. This project includes four buildings that will house twenty-five units each - no small project! Housing is a critical element to sustained growth in any community and we are honored to partner with Sampson Construction Company, Inc. to bring even more options to the people of Cheyenne.
